PRODUCER
Tom has an excel sheet for everything but knows also when it’s more important to roll with the punches. He takes pride in the spirit of moving quickly in uncertain conditions and finds joy in solving complex problems while helping the teams he leads to reach their full potential.
A strong believer that the process is as important as the result during production, Tom has had the opportunity to build relationships with clients in both MNCs and NGOs from around the world. He has produced work in Malawi, Kenya, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Japan and more on projects that span commercial and documentary genres.
With clients, he always aims to bring the ideation and production processes closely together through fostering strong collaborative bonds between teams, while also taking business and brand needs into consideration from the start. His goal is always to collaborate, learn, and ship quality results efficiently.
